General terms and conditions

Reservation
You can make a reservation via our website. If you experience any difficulties, you can always contact us by phone at: (+33) 0765837495.

Confirmation
Upon receipt of your reservation, we will send you a provisional written confirmation stating your reservation number and the deposit amount due. You must always check the confirmation for arrival and departure dates and other details, and report any errors immediately.

Payment
The deposit is 50% of the total rental price plus any applicable surcharges. Payment can be made after receipt of the confirmation by transferring the amount in Euros to our French account at Crédit Agricole.
Bank account number: FR76 1250 6390 2556 5434 7178 502 in the name of Camping Terre Ferme, quoting your reservation number. Any bank charges are at your own expense.

If your payment is not received by the date indicated on our provisional confirmation, your reservation will automatically lapse without further notice.

Prior to the start of the rental period of any of our accommodations, we kindly ask you to bring a cash deposit of €150. Upon departure, both the tenant and the landlord will jointly inspect the accommodation.

Final Payment

• Rental accommodation: The total amount due for the rental accommodation must be transferred to us no later than 4 weeks before arrival.

• Pitch: The total amount due for your pitch must be paid to us no later than 4 weeks before arrival. By special arrangement and in consultation with us, the remaining balance may be paid upon arrival at the campsite.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellation more than 1 month before the start date: 25% of the agreed price.

• Cancellation within 1 month before the start date: 75% of the agreed price.

• Cancellation within 7 days before the start date: 100% of the agreed price.

We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Arrival
The reserved pitch is available from 14:00 on your reserved arrival date. For rental accommodations, arrival is from 15:00. Without prior notice from you, the accommodation will be held for you for 24 hours. Upon arrival, please check in at reception. We kindly request that you do not place carpets or ground sheets directly on the grass, to help keep the lawn green for everyone.

Departure
On the day of departure, you must vacate your pitch, tidy and in good condition, before 11:00 a.m. If you leave later (without prior agreement), the owner is entitled to charge additional costs.

For rental accommodations: Please check out at reception before departure. Your deposit will be returned after inspection. Any outstanding payments must be settled the day before departure.

Early Departure
No refunds will be made in case of early departure.

Dogs
Dogs are welcome at our campsite provided they are well-behaved. There is an off-leash area on the campsite, and dogs may cool off in our swimming pond. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times on the campsite grounds. If a dog is found loose, we kindly but firmly request that you leave the campsite immediately. This is to ensure the safety of our animals and our youngest campers. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not permitted on our campsite.

Quiet Hours
Camping Terre Ferme is a nature campsite. After 22:00, it is a haven of peace and natural sounds. We kindly ask you to respect this. If you have air conditioning, please switch it off after 22:00.

Violation of House Rules
The manager is authorised to warn guests and request them to stop any disturbance. In case of serious or repeated violations, the manager reserves the right to remove guests from the premises and terminate their stay. Any costs resulting from the disturbance will be charged to the guests concerned. In case of removal, no refund of the rental fee will be given.

Acceptance of General Terms and Conditions
Payment of the deposit and installation on our campsite implies that you accept the General Terms and Conditions of Camping Terre Ferme.
