General terms and conditions

Reservation: You can make a reservation via our website. If you have any difficulties, you can always contact us by phone at (+33) 0765837495.

Confirmation: Upon receipt of your reservation, we will send you a provisional written confirmation with your reservation number and the deposit amount to be paid. You should always check the confirmation for the arrival and departure dates and other details, and report any errors immediately.

Payment: The deposit amounts to 50% of the total rental cost, plus any additional fees. You can make the payment after receiving the confirmation by transferring the amount in Euros to our French account at Crédit Agricole. Account number: FR76 1250 6390 2556 5434 7178 502 in the name of Camping Terre Ferme, mentioning your reservation number. Any bank fees are your responsibility. If your payment is not received by the date specified in our provisional confirmation, your reservation will automatically be cancelled without further notification.

Before the rental period of one of our accommodations begins, we request a security deposit of €500  in cash. Upon departure, both the tenant and the landlord will inspect the accommodation together.

Final Settlement:

• Rental: The total amount due for your rental accommodation must be transferred to us no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
• Pitch: The total amount due for your pitch must be transferred to us 4 weeks before arrival. In exceptional cases and in consultation with us, you may pay the remaining amount upon arrival at the campsite. We kindly ask everyone to use only tent carpets if you wish to place anything on the lawn (apart from your camping equipment). This is a mesh with an open structure (no weed barrier/closed mesh). This way, we can keep our lawn green for everyone.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation conditions apply, and the following fees will be charged:

• Cancellation more than 1 month before the start date: 25% of the agreed price.
• Cancellation within 1 month of the start date: 75% of the agreed price.
• Cancellation within 7 days of the start date: 100% of the agreed price. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

Arrival: The reserved pitch is available from 2:00 PM on the day of your arrival. For rental accommodations, the arrival time is from 3:00 PM. If we do not receive a notice from you, the accommodation will be reserved for you for 24 hours. Upon arrival, please check in at the reception.

Departure: On the planned day of departure, you must leave the pitch, cleaned, by 11:00 AM. For rental locations: before departure, please check out at the reception, and you will receive your security deposit back after inspection. Any outstanding balances must be settled the day before departure.

Early Departure: No refunds will be provided in case of early departure.

Dogs: Dogs are welcome at our campsite, provided they are well-behaved. Dogs must always be on a leash on our campsite grounds. We have a designated off-leash area. If a dog is found off-leash, we kindly but urgently ask you to leave our premises to ensure the safety of our animals and younger campers. A maximum of 2 dogs per reservation; category 1 and 2 dogs are not accepted at our campsite.

In case of a violation of the house rules, the manager is authorized to warn the guests involved and request them to cease the disruptive behavior. In the event of serious or repeated violations, the manager reserves the right to remove the guests from the premises and terminate their stay. Any costs resulting from the disruption will be charged to the guests involved. No refund of the rental fee will be provided in the event of removal.

Acceptance of General Terms and Conditions: Transferring the deposit and installation at our campsite means that you accept the general terms and conditions of Camping Terre Ferme.
